The Ohio Historical Marker for St. John's Church in Worthington just east of the Village Green describes the historic church as "Saint John's Church of Worthington and Parts Adjacent."
Of course in 1803 "Parts Adjacent" to the Village of Worthington would have been even closer in than the "Parts Adjacent" to the City of Worthington now. I may start referring to the Worthington area as "Parts Adjacent."
The Village of Worthington streched from Morning to Evening Streets and from North Street to South Street.

The Village of Riverlea which is in the Worthington School Disctrict.
The Chaseland area south of the Colonial Hills area has always been adjacent to Worthington. well since Colonial Hills was annexed into Worthington... and I want to say that Worthington was still a village when Colonial Hills was annexed to Worthington. Chaseland is in the Columbus School District. I believe Chase Road and Chaseland Road are named after Philander Chase the first rector of St. John's Church.
