Central Ohio community A.  "Who Lives Here?" :

1. Power Singles — High-income urban singles.
2. Stable Nuclears  — Higher-income urban family.
3. Aspiring Urbanites — Urban singles with moderate income.

Central Ohio community B.  "Who Lives Here?" :

1. Power Singles — High-income urban singles.
2. Suburban Elite — Suburban super-rich couples with children.
3. Country Clubbers — Wealthy married couples with children.

Central Ohio community C.  "Who Lives Here?" :

1. Rat Racers — Dual-income suburban families.
2. Most Eligible — High-income singles living in the 'burbs.
3. Affluent DINKs - High-income, kid-free couples living in the suburbs.

Central Ohio community D.  "Who Lives Here?" :

1.  Urban Power Families — High-income couples with children.
2.  Power Singles — High-income urban singles.
3.  Suburban Elite — Suburban super-rich couples with children.

Can you tell Lewis Center from Powell from Worthington etc. by the Zillow "Group" descriptions, of "Who Lives Here?" The Zillow "Groups"  that confuse me are the ones where there are urban singles and suburban couples.... or vice verse (Community D for example and B...) I get diversity by age, marital status, income but wouldn't these communities (Clintonville, Dublin, Lewis Center, Powell, Westerville, Worthington)  be uniformly  or semi uniformly "urban" or "suburban"?  I don't want to say to much to give away which "Group" are the residents of which area.

Zillow.com says the info about "Groups"  comes US Census info.

    The information in this section was derived from analysis of data (such as age, occupation, and income) from the 2000 U.S. Census. Using segmentation methods, our analysts created groupings based on the demographic and socioeconomic composition of each city and neighborhood. "

Real estate agents have for years tried to describe the location and not the people in the location.  Of course the census data is what describes the neighbors.  

Does the Internet change things?  Zillow is a real estate website that does estimates of homes values and advertises homes... and so much more...

The descriptions of "Who Lives Here?"  on Zillow reminds me of the emails about the Neighborhood Barbie's from a couple of years back. Lewis Center Barbie vs. Dublin Barbie vs. Westerville Barbie.  There were photos of Barbie Dolls with a car, a dog... a few props that represented the Barbie's life.

Here from a now defunct Columbus blog is a description of Lewis Center Barbie:

"This princess Barbie is sold only at The Polaris Fashion Center. She comes with an assortment of Coach Handbags, a Lexus SUV, a long-haired foreign dog named Honey and a "cookie cutter" $2,000,000.00 house. Available with or without tummy tuck and face lift.
