A quiz about constitutional amendments. I am normally very good at quizes... I usually love quizes. Not this one. Do you know the amendments to the US Constitution?
It's been awhile.... I did NOT do well on this quiz. Jim Lee left a comment on one of my ActiveRain posts and said something about one of the amendments to the US constitution a few weeks ago and I had to go look it up... The second amendment? There was a lot of talk about the first amendment on ActiveRain recently. Kinda sorta. Don't give it away.... Take the quiz.

P.S. The US Constitution was written in 1787 (?)... we are celebrating the day the Declaration of Independence was signed.... The Declaration of Independence was written on July 2, 1776. We'd have been celebrating Wednesday if they'd signed quicker... again Happy 4th of July.

Maureen, I too could use a little refresher coarse on this matter. Happy 4th of July.
Frank... a lot of it is the sort of stuff we learned for a quiz or test in school and immediately forgot. And what the numbers are or years is probably not that important (in most cases) but when Jim made a reference to an amendment I should have not had to go look it up to understand what he was saying. I don't do quizzes on Independence Day. This should be an open book quiz. Happy 4th Maureen.
I suppose statistically you must be able to get 48 - 50% just guessing? I know my try yesterday I was in the 30% range.. hopefully high 30's... I had an extra stupid Thursday?
Just got back from a parade... there was a float? with the bill of rights (first ten amendments) I tried to get a photo but could not get my phone to cooperate. The Doo Dah parade is a very differnent kind of parade.
52% - bookmarked it for the kids and us - we have all these legal rights and we don't even know them - my daughter who wants to become a lawyer will love this!! Thanks and Happy 4th of July weekend!
I'm ashamed of my score. My kids are older now and I haven't done Am Hist or Gov't for a while.
I thought for sure someone would be bragging about an 80% + /- score.... Happy July 5th and 6th as well.
