Trendgraphix made changes recently because of changes in the Columbus Board of REALTORS MLS and for now the graph I was able to pull says it is "Worthington Twp" There is no Worthington Township in Central Ohio. It looks like the number are the Worthington Corporation Limit.

- Average sale price $243,000
- Median sale price $185,000
February 2011 home sales were up 16.7% from a year ago. Months of inventory (homes for sale in the City of Worthington) is down 2.7% from February 2010. Average price per square foot is down 9.8%. City of Worthington homes sold within 95% of list price in February 2011.

I like these graphs because they can summarize what is happening pretty easy. If I were a seller I would be looking at the red line.
