I guess it is positive that the sales are consistent while the inventory is dropping. Hopefully a good sign!

Either way there is less competition right now. Those homes that are on the market the seller has a motivation that those who pulled them off, leased them don't.
I believe the amount sales are down is down from last month! That is a good thing...
