Goodness. I can't believe that tax proposals on the ballot won't bring folks out to vote.
They shouln't complain afterward.
I'd assume it would be higher in the areas with tax issues on the ballot.

Seems like a horribly low number but for lots of Central Ohio, there is only the parks issue. Rest of the state, who knows.
Hi Maureen... it may be a low turnout, but you can just bet that more than 10% of the people will complain about the outcome!
