February 2011 condo sales in the area were up 75% from a year ago (7 vs. 4.) The $104,000 average sale price is down 4.6% from February 2010. Meidan sale price is down 6.5% from a year ago. Months of inventory (condominiums for sale) is down 35% from last year.

Worthington area history - Flint Ohio
earlier this decade (2001...) and the address has changed. More than once? Twice since the late 1990's? This property and the house east of it were both on large lots. The land was developed into a neighborhood earlier this decade. The numbers on the houses on Park Road may have been changed because of the new houses in the Worthington Trace subdivision.
