3.7 months of inventory based on current rate of sale!  That is low for springtime. That is low for Central Ohio.  Olentangy schools has a 12 month supply of homes for sale.

The Worthington City School District includes neighborhoods in the City of Worthington, City of Columbus, Village of Riverlea, Perry and Sharon Townships. 

City of Worthington neighborhoods like Colonial Hills, Davis Estate, Kilbourne Village, Worthington Estates East and Worthingway are included in the market report for March 2010.
