The Worthington homes for sale and sold in May 2010 were in neighborhoods in Worthington, Riverlea, Columbus and unincorporated areas. There were homes for sale and sold in May 2010 in Brookside Estates, Brookside Woods, Colonial Hills, Olde Sawmill, Olentangy Highlands, Summerwood, Western Hills, Worthington Hills, Worthingview, Worthingwoods and many more Worthington area neighborhoods... there were sales in Riverlea. Riverlea is too small for neighborhoods but it is not a neighborhood, it is a separate village.

Worthington pending home sales - the red line
Home sales in the entire US were subject to a home buyers tax credit as long as the qualified buyer had the home in contract by April 30, 2010. The red line is pended sales. I try not to pay attention to pended sales. This month and last that is tough. I think there is a lag so it is not dependable info.
