As you can see there were 11 condo sales in Worthington in September compared to a total of 4 Worthington condo sales in September 2010. The 100 condos for sale in September 2011 are down considerably from the 124 available in September 2010.

Condominium communities inside 270 include Strathaven, The Residences Of Worthington (over 55 condos), Tollgate Village, Village 17, Ville Charmante, Worthinglen and the condos at the Worthington Inn. These condo communities inside 270 are all in the City of Worthington.
City of Columbus condo communities in the Worthington school disctrict include Carriage Oaks, Village of Deer Creek, Worthington Woods, Worthington Glen, Worthington Heights and others, mostly in the north-east part of the Worthington City School District, you should be able to see a cluster of condos in the Sancus Blvd. area on the maps below, now you can anyway. The maps will always show what RealBird / Oodle know to be listed, it will update long after this market report is ancient history.
There are condos in the Village of Riverlea too, Riverlea Condo and the Condominiums of Riverlea.
Not all of the condo communities in the Worthington City School District will show in the searches below since I used zip codes. There are condominiums in the Worthington school district with Columbus, Dublin, Powell and Westerville mailing addresses. Not all homes in the Columbus, Ohio 43235 zip code (the West Worthington area) are in Worthington schools either. The 43235 zip code has neighborhoods and condo communities in Columbus, Dublin and Worthington schools. The school district boundaries existed long before much of the area was annexed into the City of Columbus.
Double check the school district a property is in before making an offer on a home if school district is important to you. The Franklin County Auditors site has accurate information about school districts.

Worthington condo sales- a market report for March 2011 
The five condominiums which sold in December 2010 were all in the City of Columbus. They were in Deer Creek, Village of Forest Ridge, Worthington Glen North, Worthington Heights, Worthington Park.
