Market Report: Central Ohio home prices
The green line shows you the average active (homes for sale) home prices for the area by month. The red line shows you the average sale price for the area by month. The graph is well marked.
The numbers across the bottom are months. Typically a report is for the past 15 months. That can be changed but I usually do the past 15 months.
I do Central Ohio real estate market reports monthly. They usually start to be available around the 7th or 8th of the month. I do not do this graph, the home prices graph each month. I do home sales with the green bar graph approximately every three months. I do homes for sale with an aqua graph about every three months.
Columbus Ohio real estate - Columbus and northern suburban Central Ohio
Central Ohio school districts including Columbus, Dublin, Olentangy, Westerville and Worthington usually. Clintonville zip codes such as Columbus, Ohio 43202 and Columbus, Ohio 43214. North-west Columbus areas such as Columbus, Ohio 43235, the West Worthington area are on the Discover Columbus Ohio site.
Delaware County, Ohio real estate - southern Delaware County
Market reports for Big Walnut Local Schools, Buckeye Valley Local Schools, Olentangy Local Schools, Columbus, Ohio 43240 (the Polaris area), Lewis Center, Ohio 43035, Powell, Ohio 43065, Westerville, Ohio 43082 are on S Delaware Co Homes. Dublin, Ohio is harder to categorize part is in Delaware County, part is in Franklin County a bit is in Union County... homes in the City of Dublin and Hilliard schools... it's complicated.
Worthington Ohio real estate - the Worthington City School District
The Worthington City School District, the West Worthington area (not all Worthington schools), the Village of Riverlea and areas in Perry and Sharon Townships are represented by market reports on Worthington Old and News.
There is overlap in many Central Ohio real estate markets.
