A RESEARCH TOOL PROVIDED BY THE COLUMBUS BOARD OF REALTORS® BASED ON RESIDENTIAL LISTING DATA ONLY* ...interesting graphs. I like the the line graph for median sale price. We've always been a real average market when it came to speaking about real estate prices.

"Home prices continue to inch up, with May’s average sale price up 2.6 percent over April. However, May’s average sale price of $158,191 was down 4.7 percent from the same period in 2010."
The entire Columbus Board of REALTORS® mls (multiple listing service) includes all of Franklin, Delaware, Fayette, Madison, Morrow, Pickaway and Union Counties, and parts of Champagne, Clark, Hocking, Licking, Fairfield, Knox, Logan, Marion, Muskingham, Perry and Ross Counties. * My market reports (Columbus, Dublin, Olentangy, Westerville and Worthington as well as for the two counties) are for single family homes... the Columbus Board of REALTORS reports are all residential sales combined. A similar but not identical post appears on ColumbusBestBlog.com, The Columbus Board of REALTORS spoke... "prices inch up."
The school district and county reports were published June 2011 based on data available from the Columbus Board of REALTORS® at the end of May 2011. Trendgraphix graphs (the graphs in the individual reports) are based on data supplied by the Columbus Board of Realtors. According to Trendgraphix neither CBR nor the mls (multiple listing service ) guarantee or are in anyway responsible for it's accuracy. "Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed." Since I am relying on info from the board and Trendgraphix there is no guarantee from me either. Slight corrections in the market data are sometimes visible the next month.
