Zillow zucks on zchoolz - Central Ohio schools
or maybe zuckz?
My first participation on Zillow was April 2009... I don't think I knew I was signed in. It was kind of like muttering under my breathe:
Central Ohio schools - Zillow
Sunleaf Ct. in the Brookside Colony neighborhood is in the Dublin City School District. Zillow must have told me about a Worthington school? Probably Zillow told me Brookside Estates Elementary... is nearby. Brookside Estates Elementary is the closest school geographically but it is in the Worthington City School District.
My "Why is it important what schools are close if they are not even in the same school district as home?" sounds kinda dumb huh?
I am surprised that Zillow and Trulia don't get the school district right. The tax district for the property would tell you school district. I don't think knowing about schools "close by" tells you anything.
Dublin schools - real estate agents use all the sources available to help buyers buy in the school district of their choice.
If you are looking for a home in Central Ohio be very, very leary of school info. Zillow was "advertising" a repossesion in the Columbus Ohio 43235 ZIP code as a Worthington home... and lists the "close schools." I am not saying one school district is not as good as the other... just don't be surprised when you go to register your child and are told you don't even live in the school district.
Hot Worthington Listing... or Not
Zillow sucks - this is about Zestimates
