March 28, 2010...last year there were 164 properties on the list when I published a post about the Real Living HER Open House List.
What a difference a year makes.

February 2011 sales were down. Prices were down. Inventory was up. Last year nearly all home buyers were eligible for a home buyer tax credit.

I'm giving up open houses for Lent hmmm maybe I should have said Sunday open houses... I did one the first Thursday after Daylight Saving Time. Perhaps I just gave up Sunday Open Houses for the month of March!
